1. Tire De-beader (depends)
Tire de-beader is optional equipment for PLC tire recycling production line. It's very necessary for large tires, such as OTR tires, bus tires, truck tires and so on.
It can easily drag the steel wire rings out of the tire beads, which will greatly protect the shredder blades for tire shredding process.
2. OTR Tire Cutter (depends)
OTR tire cutter is specially needed for cutting OTR tires, so the tire pieces can fit the entrance of the tire shredder.
3. Tire Shredder
Double shaft tire shredder is the essential part of tire recycling production line. It can cut the whole tire or large tire pieces into small tire chips with large output.
The blades it's equipped is high strength and high anti-abrasion, which ensures a stable shredding performance and durable use.
4. Rasper
Tire rasper, also called grater, has combined cutting and magnetic separating functions in one machine. It can remove over 98% steel wires and cut tire shreds into smaller rubber mulch sized 10-30mm.
5. Granulator
The rubber granulator further reduces the rubber size and removes the rest steel wires. The output rubber granules are sized from 1-6 mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. It can produce very uniform cut and high quality granules.
6. Rubber Miller
The rubber miller is the last grinding process in tire recycling production lines when you want to produce very fine and tiny rubber powders from 30-120 mesh. It can work with powder collecting system for better effect.
