The flow chart of fully automatic waste tire recycling plant as following :
Waste tires -- Tire de-beader -- Tire shredder -- tire crusher -- magnetic separator -- Fiber separator -- rubber powder.
We took the customer to visit our workshop and they checked the fully automatic tyre recycling production line, including the tire crusher, tire shredder, and other auxiliary equipment of tire recycling and rubber crusher and finally carried out a detailed on-site operation, demonstration and explanation. After the explanation and demonstration of the process of waste tire crushing to rubber powder, the clients are very satisfied with our tire recycling production line.
